State of art chicken protein plant – revamp project

​GMM re-engineered a traditional specified risk material dry rendering plant into a cutting-edge facility for chicken protein production, now boasting an annual capacity of 80,000 tons—twice its former production level. Achieved through precise and strategic planning, this transformative upgrade was completed within an astonishingly brief span of three months—beginning from the shutdown of the old operations to the initiation of the new plant.​

This expeditious changeover involved comprehensive modifications to nearly all aspects of the facility, with the exception of the building structure itself, the HVAC system, and the raw material storage silos. This feat underscores GMM’s expertise in enabling clients to rapidly align with shifting market demands, even within industries that typically require significant capital investments.​
